20070707 thursday went out rena!
i was really excited because it has been really ages since i last saw her
and the very last time we met up i stupidly lost my hp which screwed the whole thing
anw. met her at orchard mrt station
b4 that on bus 36 to orchard
i realised my contact lens were SCRATCHED
so i keep having blur visions now and then
cos its a small part of the lens
so when i reached orchard i went to wisma toilet to like try to clean it
to no avail la
worse still i ended up tearing in the toilet with aunty cleaner looking at me
either she was pitying me or she was thinking "serve her right, vain bitch"
in the end my eyeliner were all smeared due to tearing of one eye
so i had to wiped everything off
argh
what a bad start
but surprisingly after tearing the blur visions were gone
so after that went to meet rena
we had lunch at mos burger
we saw this lady sleeping on a bench there
at first i thought the lady was like sick or sth
just lying there waiting for her friend or whatsoever to buy sth for her
but after i placed my order i saw a security guard chasing her
that was when i had close up look and encounter with her
which was rather scary la. cos apparently i think shes kinda roaming around
also we saw this group of japanese school girls
at first i thought was taiwanese cos i REALLY thought i heard them saying chinese
ok. as usual sth wrong w my hearing again
its what you imagine them to be
high waist short skirts with tucked in blouses and long socks
leather school shoes
and most of all
most of there were carrying BRANDED WALLETS
i saw LV monogram wallets and the chanel quilted kind
i dunnoe whether its real or not
but seriously it was quite a sight for me
hahaha
ok after lunch we shopped around taka
went to like best denki i think to look at laptops
oh. before i forget
rena's going to NTU too
like YAY. after so many years we are going to the same school again
although not the same course
but fret not
her faculty is like within the same area as mine
and whats more shes staying hostel too
so we would be bumping to each other often i guess

i'm definitely seeing what the uni has to offer before i decide where i want to get
i think the hp and fujitsu ones are damn nice
well mac is obviously the best looking but its too out of the way la
its beauty doesnt outweighs the many cons it has
so i'm hoping ntu offers those laptops i like
not fugly ones
after that we went to cinneleisure
where i met louisa and joy
like what a coincidence!
haha
later we went to ishop
i bought a belkin case for my ipod
i got really sick of the condom case i was previously using
and i got discount at ishop due to my great eastern card
muahahahas
next time anybody wanna get things from there i can offer a little help ya?
later on we went to fep
we both bought electric blue cardigans
i hope you're nt asking why i'm still not sick of electric blue
but lemme tell you i initially wanted to settle for black
for still in the end
electric blue won that mental battle inside my mind
walked around and we decided to sit down
because my legs were sore
i dunnoe why. i get tired easily
i had my first fried mars bars in my entire life
don't laugh i'm sure there are also other people around like me okay
its nothing spectacular
infact i think it takes abit like nuggets
after which was camwhoring session
its really addictive

next we went to the neoprints shop and made full use of the nice backgrounds and lightings
haha. we took a lot more others but i havent got them from rena yet

after that we walked around scotts isetan
den we went to wheelock
where rena bought this newly published book from this i-dunnoe-whats-her-name-author
went to starbucks to chill
after which took train to city hall where she went to meet her mum and i went home
was really tired
probably because i've been going out consecutively for 2 days?
fridaydecided to like finally use the harris vouchers i got from pre-ordering harry potter 7
so i went there after lunch to check out any book i can buy
there was a major air-con breakdown at popular when i went
so i kind of get a free sauna huh
spent quite some time there
and i bought 2 books
1) My Side of the Story by Will Davis
i bought the book because i read the back cover which says some teen taking A levels and blah
abit childish but i didnt really read properly
cos in the end it turns out to be a GAY book
GAY contents
i finished it alr. like i'm amazed with my reading speed this time too
its quite nice actually
so didnt regret buying man
although its quite difficult to read at first due to the author's writing style
2) Be Careful What You Wish For by Alexander Potter
the storyline attracted me
but i havent started on it
yupyup
i'm really amazed and PROUD at the same time nw that i'm reading
like everyone who knows me i dont read fiction books
harry potter is an exception
all i do is read mags/blogs
i actually feel intellectual nw after completing that book
hahahaha. i cannot believe it man
