so i went 7-11 to grab mash potato b4 going for physio

there was this man at the mash potato machine
he was like staring at it

nice as it sounds
today i upgraded to body builder status
cos i had to do lounges with weights
you know those bodybuilder they during competition use that big dumb bell thing
i had to put like 10+kg on my shoulders and do lounges!
like. my neck and shoulder almost break lah
you know must do 3 sets
and 1 set is do 30 times lounges?!
i do until wan to cry can
den everytime finish leg cramp

80kg now!

i was quite scared my knee will break halfway or wad
