after that i did 2 rounds of weights
did 50 crunches
then i went to cycle
i cycled 11km. burnt like 400+ calories
after that i did 1 round of weights
50 crunches
den i did the stride machine
strided 1644 times i think
burnt 100 calories
did 50 crunches again
den i walked on the treadmill for abt 400m too cool down
oh wow
good day spent at the gym
den walked bac pp for dinner
ate banmian
n a humongous serving of pineapple
walked ard
went to dorothy perkins to spend my $10 voucher
i bought a purple necklace :D
