20050731woke up at 530am tdy
tried to do some work
well. apparently i only lasted till 730
which i read a few pages of econs&chem
den i plunged to bed again
suppose to meet at 930 at tanah merah for pw
but i woke up at 845
how wonderful mansss
den whn i went to the bus stop. i saw 31 whiz pass me
in the end i took 197 to bedok interchange den another bus to tanah merah
we walked up to ahs. hahaha
debbie was so relieved she got into nygh. lol
we were in sweat whn we reached the school
went to all saint's church. waited for church service to end
den we interviewed a few pple
first were 2 undergrads.
then another 17&18 boys. i recog dat 1 was frm ahs last time
well. dis 17yr old guy cracked the joke of the day
he said he wld rather be cremated cos if the doctor diagnose wrongly. he might wake up in the coffin
hahhaaha!
lastly we interviewed the pastor
he's damn nice & friendly. gave us alot information
anw during the interviews i'm pretty amazed at the way dat christians do nt fear death. they seem calm n relatively open to talking about death
while for chinese its kinda a taboo to talk about them though
hahah
whn the interviews ended. i was super happy mans
we made a new height today yet again
wanna thank shuling. my netball junior who's a member of all saints church
she helped me with dis interviews today! shes been a great help to our pw

took alot of brochures
made me realise dat i shld start planning 4 the future
i still havent got a clue on wad i wan to do
i would like to go to us to study aft a's
but i do not haf dat kind of finance
n my grades r just average which wun make it 4 a scholarship
let alone a fairly good university
but seriously i hate studying in singapore
i wan to go overseas to experience new things
bahhhs. dis is kinda frustrating
whn i got home i had a talk w parents
my dad doesnt approve cos of financial problems
my mum wans to support but again. financial problems....
if i'm going to pursue overseas studying

tdy i forgot to off the recurrent alarm on my phone
so 6:20am it rang
n my phone was in the study rm
i stumble outta bed to to switch it off
argh. den i went to sleep again
and i dunnoe y dis few days i lie in bed i feel giddy
like the surroundings is swirling

slept till 10am. i felt even more tired

tdy morn it was raining heavily
whn i woke up. could feel the breeze. damn shiok

20050724i haf a feeling dis entry will b vv long since ytd was such an eventful day
my physiotherapy appointment is 11.15am
i woke up at 9.45am.
so cannot take bus thre liao. since it takes 1hr
my mum didnt want to cos its a long walk frm bus stop to SGH block1,2,3
somemore is walk up a hill. hahahaha
so we cabbed there!
reach there at 10.45. quite early sia
but ytd vv little pple. so i didnt really wait vv long
so i step into the place of horror
it was just like another judo pt session. hahaha
first i cycled for 10mins-its only warm up
then he ask me to do strengthening exercise
at home my weight only 2pounds. n i wasnt consistent in the exercise
den he said "hmm.we will add on weights tdy"
so he gave me 5 pounds. n dat wasnt the end
norm is do 1 set of 10
ytd i did 2 sets of 10. meaning 20times
hohoho. whn i finished i was melting inside an air con rm
aft dat had to do the ma bu or u can call it squatting in mid air exercise
5 sets. hold for 30s
my legs were erm. trembling
aft dat go do leg press
he wanted me to do 55 pounds wan.
den whn he demo he himself found it heavy. so i did 35 pounds
so i did n my right knee made dis erm loud grating sound.
den he taught me some funky stretching exercise lor
but the grating sound nv stop. but i did 10 times for each leg
aft dat go do the train thighs wan lah. haha. i was dying alr
finish it n he told me i no need come bac alr! whooppee
n he ask me to go buy glucosamine to eat so can improve my joints
so i will only be visiting SGH in august for my x-ray. hah. so happy
aft dat me&mama walk to mrt station. took train to PS
ate den shop around. haha.
my mum bought an esprit tank top for me. hahah. so happy
den she noe i haf no $$- i only had $4 in my wallet den
she gave me another $6! n she help me top up my ezlink!

the bad part was i was damn tired n i got injured agn while playing randori w audrey. i tink i carnt play randori at the moment
aft training. we made our way to suntec
dinner at siam kitchen. mark's treat
it was kinda thai food. din ate much cos its spicy
i dowan a full blown pimply face. but i was full
den the girls played zhong ji mi ma. shu ting was mixing the food
haha. only me&peishan nv drank from dat bowl of "food"

aft dinner the guys asked if wan go watch movie

but on hearing dat its an korean movie. i agreed!!!

i was chioing potter frm 3+ till den
damn tired so sleep

so i went to buy straits times
had a glass of milk only den went out
well. both of us were late. haha

i told myself i had to get some sleep
but i was damn tensed up
took such a long time to fall asleep
n guess wad. i kenna stomach flu in the middle of the night
how wonderful
so i spent the rest of the night dashing in n out of the toilet
whn it was morning. i couldnt sleep alr
so i go watch waterboys2

den we met in sch at 1045
aud helped me tie my hair
wel. it was the kiddy pri sch style lah
we reached n all
finally the comp started
ours the first bout
i stepped in determined to go thrash dat girl
well. we were losing 4-0 lah. haix
den it was my match. last match
sensei told me dun make it a zero
i was even more determined to win her
i shouted quite loudly i tink
it was ok at first. i was grabbing her
den suddenly i cant rmb how
my left knee got twisted or sth
i realise i couldnt walk at all
not to say throw her
it was extremely painful
but i continued. she got a halfthrow i tink n a yuko or goka
i couldnt do my fave throw. stupid knee

20050702update u on wad happened on my first judo match of my life
i wasnt really terrified while waiting for 130 to start
my match was the first match in dojo1
i stepped onto the mat
i realise i was shaking all ovr the place
esp my knee was trembling
so i grabbed my gi
it started
i tried to hook her leg
budden i let go. i tink
den the nxt moment i knew
i was on the floor with her on top of me
i felt my lungs were breaking
tried struggling lah
budden cannot. so i lost my 1st bout
well. i got rapportcharge
this is the match dat i'm still regretting now
i could 've won
but i din.rah
i pinned her down. guess wad
they say she pulled my hair
so she got a foul
but seriously i din felt her pull my hair
n the pple were shouting so loudly
i thot i hold wrongly or sth
i got a wasari-half a throw den she got a shiai-foul
if i throw her 1 more time i got ippon
or i just hang on until the match end. i will win
but guess wad. i tried to throw her agn
but i did osotogari wrongly-till nw i carnt figure out WHY!?
